On Friday the 18th October a group of seven S1 students attended the Children Safeguarding Conference with the theme “Keeping Myself Safe”. The aim of the conference was to provide students with skills to help them better protect themselves from harm. Topics covered during the conference were Bullying prevention, Self Love, Substance Abuse, Puberty and Online Safety.
The students had the opportunity to share knowledge, learn from each other and even share their own experiences. It was a very informative conference for the students.
