A total of 42 primary and 27 secondary students participated in this year’s Commonwealth Essay Competition based on the theme ‘Community in the Commonwealth’. Through poems, stories and essays, the students were able to share their views, knowledge and experiences of the Corona Virus Pandemic.
The students performed above expectations this year. The school extends special congratulations to Pia Joyce Palconit and Hailey Fanchette for their remarkable performance. They were both awarded Gold Awards for their entries.
A total of 3 primary and 4 secondary students received Silver Award and 7 primary and 4 secondary students were awarded Bronze Award.
The school takes this opportunity to thank all the participants and encourage more students to take part in next year’s competition.
